I want to show you how I do thought work daily and how I teach my clients to do the same. In this episode specifically, I want to talk about the thoughts that pop up in our minds and create a lot of negative emotions that stress us out. I want to give you a process for how to deal with them and turn them into something much more empowering. We spend so much of our day thinking, especially about the same things over and over.
